About 1 year and 9 months ago, I had double-eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method at ㄷㄹ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong. Originally, only one eye had an inner double eyelid, but I wanted double eyelids in an in-line shape on both sides Because of my epicanthal folds, almost every other hospital said I would need medial epicanthoplasty to get the line I wanted (I didn’t want medial epicanthoplasty) and I liked that ㄷㄹ was almost the only place that didn’t recommend medial epicanthoplasty. When I first went, I only consulted with the consultant, and separately scheduled a consultation with Director ㅂㅇㅅ. The swelling may have gone down quickly because I seem to be the type whose swelling subsides fast, but after about 2 weeks it had gone down enough that people seeing me for the first time wouldn’t know hahaha
No marks show even when I close my eyes, and so far I don’t think the double-eyelid line has gotten thinner or dropped, so I’m satisfied
