I had my silicone and septal cartilage removed

I used silicone and septal cartilage, had a slight hump, so it was shaved down, and it has been almost 3 years since I had my nose surgery. As time passed, the implant also bent to one side, and my nostrils became slightly uneven.. I originally had a bit of a nasal bridge, but once silicone was put in, it looked even more unnatural, and I did it because the hump bothered me, but instead the lower area below where the hump had been started drooping. It was really a total mess. It ended up looking better before I had it done So I decided to have it removed. Through an open approach under sedation anesthesia, I had all the septal cartilage and silicone removed, and they used dissolvable sutures inside the nose and non-dissolvable sutures on the outside. I had it done yesterday, so I still have tape wrapped on. The funny thing is, before, when I inhaled, it felt stuffy, like only about 60-70% of air was coming in. Even though there is packing inside my nose now, breathing feels easier than before. Since the silicone is gone, the glabella area has also come down, so I look softer, and I really love it so much I’ll have to see after more swelling goes down for the nasal bridge, but what’s certain is when I took a side-profile photo, the drooping part on the nasal dorsum had disappeared, and when I showed my friend the photo, they said, how does it look prettier after removing it, and that the removed version looks like the after-surgery look, so it was good that I removed it. Except for the nasal ala area, it’s wrapped in tape, so I can’t even see half of my nostrils, but even in this state, it seems like the unevenness is gone. Earlier, when I woke up from sleeping, a bit of blood flowed, and while eating chicken it flowed a bit too. Since surgery, my nose has had tingling, sharp, chilly pain. It hurts when I open my mouth wide while yawning or sneezing. Since living tissue was opened and closed twice, I’m never going to get cosmetic surgery again.. I hope I heal quickly and get the stitches removed
