1n years ago, after graduating high school, I was living in Ulsan and didn’t think much of it, so I visited a few nearby plastic surgery clinics and had my eyes and nose done together. After just 1 year, my nasal tip drooped, so I got an AS revision at the same clinic, but this time there were issues with my nasal bridge and columella being crooked.. I had given up on getting a second revision and just lived with it, but now I feel like I need to do it. For a second revision rhinoplasty at this level of difficulty, it’s definitely right to go to Seoul, isn’t it? I have a job and a baby too, so just thinking about going back and forth for surgery, aftercare, and everything already feels exhausting ㅠㅠ There’s a place in Ulsan called ㅇㅂㅇ, and people say the doctors who came from Seomyeon ㅎㄴ are good, but after getting a consultation, it felt kind of... just okay. There’s also ㅈㅇㅅ, a plastic surgery clinic in the same building, and they said the director there was also previously at ㅎㄴ and before that came from Gangnam ㄱㄹㄷ Plastic Surgery, and specializes in revision rhinoplasty, so I got a consultation there too. They were extremely thorough and analyzed everything delicately, so I personally liked it.. But there are so few reviews that I feel anxious, sigh... But I’m scared that if I do it locally again, I might end up needing a third revision surgery ㅠㅠㅠㅠ If anyone here has had revision rhinoplasty in Ulsan, or if anyone thinks revision rhinoplasty absolutely has to be done in Seoul!! please leave your opinions in the comments ㅠㅠㅠ sob
furi There are definitely many good clinics in Seoul, but there are also quite a few decent clinics in Ulsan.
하만수르 Everyone… please, don’t do it locally. There’s a reason people go to Seoul.. I live in Ulsan too, but for plastic surgery, it’s definitely Seoul or the West.

고릴라99 If possible, I do think it would be better to do it in Seoul ㅠㅠ Since you’re in Ulsan, going back and forth would probably be hard, but it’s not your first surgery, it’s a revision..
여니가여니해 There are lots of clinics in Seoul, so research thoroughly, and if you feel their aesthetic matches what you want, go to Seoul. If not, do it somewhere nearby ㅜ
바로아누 Seoul definitely gives you more options ㅠㅠ I’m looking into revision surgery too, and if it were me, I’d at least find places in Seoul that are good and go for consultations.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
