Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Pinched nose (silicone 3 + ear cartilage)

At a large hospital, I had L-shaped silicone removed and then had 3 mm silicone + ear cartilage grafting.

The nasal tip droops a bit, and although they inserted 3 mm silicone, maybe because my skin is thin, it shows through a lotㅜㅜㅜ

The most annoying thing is that I don’t know why it became pinched. They said they did it closed, tied the cartilage only very lightly, and could barely remove any nasal soft tissue.

So why did it get pinched..........

It’s been about 7 years. They say the human face has a tendency to return to its pre-surgery state... After 10 years, will the pinched look improve..ㅜㅜ

Or should I have revision surgery... I’m worried because revision surgery has high risks (side effects: inflammation, scar tissue). The doctor says if I keep doing surgery, scar tissue will form,

and that it’s not very noticeable, so I should just live with it.

But when I go to other hospitals, they say it is somewhat quite noticeable and suggest revision surgery.

They suggest lowering the septal cartilage and silicone, and grafting AlloDerm into the pinched area.....

I don’t know what to do.

1. Just live with it (will it gradually become more natural?)

2. Have revision surgery (I’m scared that lowering the silicone might still show through because my skin is thin.. So I’m thinking of removing it entirely and only repositioning the cartilage at the nasal tip)

Recently, looking at photos, Yoo Ah-in also seemed to have a slim, pinched nose and then it became a fuller nose again.. Could I become like that too?

I’m also thinking of removing it like Lee Ji-ah, but it’s been 7 years since the surgery. Would there be no problem.. things like contracture or shrinkage... Since it’s where 3 mm used to beㅜㅜ
