It seems like surgery has trends too. These days, it seems like they don’t build the nasal bridge up as high toward the top and make it look more natural.. My nose turned out well enough that they even asked me to write a review, so it wasn’t like this at first, but after about 5-6 years, one day I noticed the nasal tip had gotten lower and seemed a bit droopy, so it’s been bothering me. There’s no inflammation in my nose, and it isn’t crooked or anything, with no other side effects; I just don’t really like the shape, so I’m debating whether I should have revision surgery..
Clinics mentioned
9688 I didn’t see the first photo, but,, it does seem to have drooped a little. But with nose surgery, I think some lowering can’t really be helped ㅜㅜ If there are no side effects and you’re not too stressed about the current shape, even if I were going to get a revision, I think I’d wait a bit before doing it!
동동굴스 [@9688] I recently looked into a few places, and silicone removal alone was 2-3.5 million won, and for revision surgery you have to expect at least 4 million.. It looks totally fine. It’s so natural that people wouldn’t even know I had surgery if they saw it. I guess I was just bothered on my own because I thought the nasal tip had droopedㅠㅠ Thanks for the comment
하말 What material did you use, by any chance? It doesn’t look like it drooped that much
동동굴스 [@Hamal] I used silicone and donated costal cartilage. It’s been a long time, so I don’t remember how many millimeters the silicone was, but they said they wouldn’t make it too high. I guess I was just unnecessarily bothered by the nasal tip on my own. For now I’ll keep watching my nose a bit longer. Thanks for the comment☺️
계란후라이탱탱 The nasal tip has drooped quite a bit
동동굴스 [@Gyeran-fry-taengtaeng] Right.. Once I became aware of it, I kept noticing it... But spending a lot of money on revision surgery feels excessive because it’s otherwise totally fine, so it’s really ambiguous
떡볶이조와 These days even primary surgery is 3-5 million won ㅠㅠ If it’s a revision, the cost ㅠㅠ
동동굴스 [@I-like-tteokbokki] Sob..... Exactly...ㅠㅠ Especially the nose is an area you really pay a lot of attention to ㅠㅠ
최애아이 Right, that’s true. These days, a lot of people also go for a rounded nasal tip with a naturally glamorous style ㅜㅜ

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
