It has been 2 weeks since my removal. I had everything removed: silicone, ear cartilage, septal extension, and support strut. They said the alar base reduction could not be restored, so I just left it alone.. Before, my nostrils were round, but after alar base reduction they became elongated. Right now, except for the alar base reduction, my nose has returned to my previous nose.. Because of the alar base reduction, it is somewhat more feminine than my previous broad nose, but honestly, I wish I could remove the alar base reduction sutures too and get cartilage repositioning so it becomes broad like before... When I went to a clinic, they said that if I remove the sutures from the incisional alar base reduction and get cartilage repositioning, I could get closer to my previous nose.... Has anyone removed sutures from incisional alar base reduction (non-absorbable nylon sutures ㅜㅜㅜ I regret it) and had cartilage repositioning?
