Because my hump nose was on the severe side, when I went around for nose surgery consultations, I focused most on whether osteotomy would be needed (I didn’t want to do osteotomy). Among the 4 places I consulted, half said osteotomy was needed and half said it wasn’t. There were quite a few reviews saying this place handles hump noses well even without osteotomy, and the reviews the director showed me during the consultation looked good, so I had it done. Since I had both the nasal bridge and nasal tip done, the swelling and bruising were a bit severe, but the hump was corrected well, and I think the line came out the way I wanted.
