I had my first nose surgery, but my columella became crooked. Maybe because it's crooked, when viewed from the front, my nose is pointing diagonally. My nostrils also became uneven, so I'm extremely stressed.. The nasal tip cartilage also shifted to one side, and there is even show-through. Ha... it's just a total mess. The consultant was kind, but the doctor won't provide aftercare for the crookedness or asymmetry. I just gave up and am looking for a new hospital.
