Surgery: septal cartilage, ear cartilage, silicone, nasal reduction Removed when it had been 7 months since surgery Immediately after removal -> day 10: completely upturned, nostril asymmetry + nasal tip got bigger, inside of the nose got wider, and the nasal bridge was very sunken. Day 10 -> day 17: it slowly came down. Day 18 -> day 35: the contraction phase came, so the nose got shorter and upturned, and the nostrils were very visible. Now: the nasal tip has become much smaller, the nose is not upturned, and it is slightly shorter than my original nose. The nostrils are almost similar. Nasal bridge: flatter and a little lower than before. Nasal dorsum: sunken (not too much) I met the director today. They said it could lift more. They said it will come back down later.
