Removal in Less Than 3 Weeks

I had silicone removed a little over 2 weeks after my nose surgery. Before the surgery, I didn’t look into the hospital enough, and after saying I wanted it natural, I trusted the doctor. Apparently they put 4.5 mm into my nose, even though I’m a woman. I think it was also my mistake for rushing into the nasal tip without thinking. My eyes, mouth, and face are all small-featured. My forehead isn’t especially wide either, and I’d often been told I had delicate, well-proportioned features. My nasal tip was round, but compared with my face, it was already an upturned-looking nose. I shouldn’t have raised it any further, but because I wanted to make the tip sharper, I rushed into surgery. And the harmony of my facial features completely fell apart. No matter how swollen it was, even after the swelling went down, 4.5 mm was still a burdensome height for my face. I realized it too late, wanted to turn back time, blamed myself for being thoughtless, and every day I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, couldn’t rest, and only cried. I had thought of implants too casually, but once one was inside my face, I really, really hated it. I was angry that the doctor didn’t understand what I meant by “natural,” but more than that, I hated myself so much. It wasn’t even that my nose was ugly. My own greed had just been too much. And I had it removed after 17 days. After seeing it removed, I really wondered how something that thick could have been put into this face. It was something I should never have done in the first place. The removal surgery ended faster than I expected. And I think I did feel something like the cartilage being pulled off. It’s the second day after surgery, and the columella area is yellowish. Maybe it’s because I bled a lot; time will probably take care of this too.

I’m reflecting on myself for thinking surgery was easy just because I was a little dissatisfied, and for only trying to tear everything apart and change it. Wasted money, wasted time, emotional exhaustion, physical suffering, mental suffering, and even leaving a wound on my nose. I regret everything so much. Please don’t get nose surgery. Of course, I know there are many people who live well after nose surgery. But there are definitely also many people like me who regret it, suffer, and only waste time. Because I’m in the latter group, I really want to stop people from getting nose surgery. When you’re young, just get fillers or dissolvable thread procedures instead, honestly. Don’t put in an implant. Even if it isn’t perfectly sharp and clean in the standard way, even if your nose is round and a little low, I think a face can be harmonious and beautiful enough through that person’s own charm. SNS, apps, and ads only showed good images of plastic surgery, so it made me think of it too easily. I thought about plastic surgery again, and I truly regret it. I didn’t have inflammation and I removed it early, so I believe my face will return to something similar to before. Right now my glabella is very swollen, so my eyes look close together...(I don’t even want to go around showing my face) I think time is the answer. This was just me venting. And absolutely do not get nose surgery. Those of you who can live well without it, please don’t get hurt by being greedy like me. I’m just waiting for time to pass.. When the swelling goes down a lot, I’ll write again.
