It's day 2 after open nose implant removal, with silicone + septal cartilage and costal cartilage removed. My nasal tip is swollen like a bulbous nose. Around when will it go down? My nasal tip is so swollen that only the tip looks prominent. When can I start wearing full makeup? I'm scared right now, so I can't even touch my nose.
