Removal Day 8 Review~ (Removal of septal support and silicone)

I was worried because my nasal tip swelled so much after removal   but after the stitches were removed, I guess I could see my old nose again, so I had forgotten about it   It seems there are still many people who are curious about removal   so I stopped by briefly to leave a review   For those who, like me, have decided to remove it early, please don't put it off even by a day and make sure to remove it within 1 month   After the removal surgery, there was almost no facial swelling and no bruising   Only my nose was very swollen   but after 3-4 days, as soon as the stitches were removed on day 5, the swelling went down quickly, and now it's at a level where I can walk around outside without any problem   Because I had surgery with an open approach, the incision area is naturally what I worry about the most   but since my nasal tip has come down like my old nose, I don't think I need to worry too much   The pulling sensation in my philtrum and nose due to the septal support has also returned about 80% to normal   After about 2-3 weeks, I think it will stabilize enough that I can forget about it   There are also people who worry a lot about the contraction period, but the director said I don't need to pay much attention to it   so it doesn't really bother me   Not everyone will be considering removal for the same reason   but if, like me, you have discomfort and a foreign-body sensation from septal cartilage, a pointed nasal-tip shape, etc.,   I recommend thinking that after about 2 weeks post-surgery, the major swelling has gone down and the approximate shape is visible   and if you feel it's not right, boldly go for removal   When I think about the stress of watching it for 6 months, I also think it may be better to just remove it   The most important thing is... I think it's best not to touch it at all in the first place   I had a severe hump, so I was in a situation where I would eventually need to cut the bone, so I did it together this time   but the hump osteotomy ended successfully, so I'm actually satisfied even after removal   I do feel a bit regretful about the nasal bridge.. I might consider filler, but I don't think I will ever put silicone in   Everyone must be having a hard time emotionally because of removal, so think carefully!! Removal is also surgery!
