I had the nasal packing removed and now I have taping on How long has it been since I’ve seen my face like this. Ah, I really think I did so well getting it removed.... The pointy nasal tip that stuck out like Pinocchio has returned to its original shape!!! My nasal tip was originally droopy, so right now the nasal height and tip shape are actually prettier, but they said once the swelling goes down, it will become lower and droop. My nose is so pretty right now, sob sob sob. What I wanted to get from rhinoplasty was exactly this nasal shape and height after removal I hope it doesn’t change from this I’m so happy
