When I touch my nasal tip, it feels like something is inside, like after my first nose surgery. Is that normal?ㅠㅠㅠ Is it because of swelling?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
