I had osteotomy, silicone nasal bridge, nasal tip, and ear cartilage done, but I left the nasal tip cartilage in place and only removed the silicone.... I thought it would look strange, but when I loosened the splint a little and looked, it seemed more natural, so I’m relieved. But the nasal bridge is definitely gone, and my face has become flat-lookingㅠㅠ Still, somehow my nose definitely feels softer and lighter. But do they normally put a splint on even after removal? How long do I have to wear itㅠㅠ
