I'm looking into clinics for a nose revision surgery consultation, and some clinics take CT scans while others don't.. If I'm getting revision surgery, would it be better to go somewhere that takes a CT scan? Or would it be better, but not necessarily matter that much? My first surgery was only silicone placed on the nasal bridge..
종히얌 It's revision surgery, shouldn't they need to look at a CT?? They should at least know what’s inside and how the surgery was done.. What if later they open the nose and say there was a problem, so they couldn't operate the way you wanted, and so on?
gxddd It's revision surgery, does it make sense not to take a CT.. Did you check the website? I looked at Finish, and their website says they take both CT and X-rays. I feel like most clinics would have it written there.
바나나열매 For revision surgery, you absolutely have to take a CT. It’s only for first-time surgery that some places don’t take one.
오햇쟈 ?? It's a nose revision surgery, so I'm not sure about places that don't do it. I think places that do it are better... RU is good at nose revision, and if you want to check silicone or other materials that were used, I feel like CT is essential.
하핳하 When it’s a nose revision, CT is taken to check the materials from the first surgery, so it’s essential. It’s better to go somewhere that takes CT!!! Look for a place that checks carefully. Even a private clinic like Waㅇyoung might be okay!
토깽이이이 [@종히얌] I got a CT scan, and the consultation content is definitely differentㅜ Thanks for your opinion!
토깽이이이 [@gxddd] They said there were no tests, so I went thinking maybe there just weren’t any, and there really weren’t haha For revision surgery, I really think it’s essential haha
토깽이이이 [@바나나열매] Ah, I hadn’t looked into it in so long that there was so much I didn’t know ㅜㅜ
토깽이이이 [@오햇쟈] After consulting at places that take CT and places that don't, they were definitely different haha
토깽이이이 Yes yes! I also got a consultation at a place that takes CT! Thank you :)
블랙옐로우 If it’s revision surgery, a place that examines you in detail with CT is much better.. When I went around for consultations, I even filtered out hospitals based on this. I had my revision surgery at ㄷㄹ, and thanks to the director’s aesthetic sense, it succeeded with the shape I wanted ㅠㅠ

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
