This is my last surgery, and after removing the silicone from my nasal bridge, it looks sunken, so I’m trying to fill it in. But I absolutely don’t want silicone, and things like donated costal cartilage are kind of scary too, so I don’t want that ㅜㅜ I just want to use my own tissue, but what’s left is fascia from behind the ear...... Does it get absorbed a lot?? Clinics that use postauricular fascia say a lot of it remains, but places that recommend rib cartilage say fascia all gets absorbed, so I’m really torn..... If anyone had it done a while ago, please let me know ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
