Is walking the best for reducing swelling? Should I go out and walk? I haven’t gone out even once because my face felt so uncomfortableㅠㅠ After getting the splint off, it’s at least a bit more bearable The bruising is still bad too. It lasts surprisingly long

정쌍무 For me, swelling in the nose tip went down later than the bridge. Even at one month, people kept saying my bridge looked super high because of swelling. After that, it was more like 8:2, with 8 people saying my nose was high, but anyway, you need to watch the bulbous tip for over a month before it goes away
eseu1 lol You need to wait at least a monthㅠㅠ Once the major swelling goes down and then the minor swelling goes down, it’ll get better. But minor swelling seriously does not go away easily.. lol

메시34 What material did they use?? When I had my nose done at a clinic, they used autologous costal cartilage, and by week 2 I barely had bruising or swelling.. Have you tried sleeping with your head elevated on pillows?

아링히 Even at one month, there’s still quite a bit of swelling. I think you need to just accept it until two or three monthsㅠ
