I had my 3rd surgery... thinking this would be the last one. When there was swelling, I liked it quite a lot, but as the swelling went down, my nostrils look bigger and my alar base also looks wider, so I guess I’ll have to get a 4th surgery again..... I’m looking into only nasal tip surgery again.. Which hospital shapes a pretty nasal tip? sob sobㄹㄱ
