About 5 years ago, I had open rhinoplasty to shave down a hump nose, with osteotomy + septal cartilage for the nasal tip. My nasal bridge leans to one side, so the asymmetry looks worse, and my nose is small, but after the osteotomy it looks too obviously like two straight parallel lines, so I regret it. My rhinitis also got worse.. I really think surgery needs to be considered very carefully
