Two years ago, while having rhinitis surgery at an ENT clinic, I had surgery to support the nasal tip with septal cartilage. Since then, it feels uncomfortable when I smile, and especially a crease forms in the very center of my philtrum every time I smile.. I think the crease forms because the nasal tip does not move.
