Two-month review after removal. How are those who had removal a while ago doing?

It’s almost been two months since removal. While removing the remaining septal support strut, I had my nose opened for the third time this time. Maybe that’s why the columellar scar is really bad.. These days it keeps itching and stinging. I thought that if I removed everything, it would drop sharply like my original nose, but I was surprised because it looked similar to before removal. It’s still similar now. It’s 2-3 mm higher than my original nose. My nose has spread less by that much too. I hope it lowers and spreads quickly. If there’s anything different from before removal, it feels like the subtle shadowing of the nasal tip from the front has disappeared? Those who had a pinched nose know, right? That strange feeling where there’s some shadowing at the nasal tip. That’s gone, and my nasal tip used to keep getting red and only the skin on the nasal tip felt strange, but that has improved too. If your skin is weak, I hope you remove everything. When I wake up in the morning, my nose feels very tight and swollen? I hate it so much that every morning, while washing my face with hot water, I touch my nose and it becomes a bit softer. I don’t know if this is the contraction period.. Since my nose hasn’t lifted or anything, I don’t really know about the contraction period. It’s just that my nose is simply high.. They say time is medicine, so I guess I need to wait longer. I read a post saying that if adhesions are not properly released and only removal is done, it won’t lower like the original nose... If I’m really stressed continuously, I’m wondering whether it would be right to open the nose again after 6 months and release the adhesions.. I’m going to try to wait at least 1 year.
