I'm so torn between two hospitals At one place, they said silicone removal + cartilage repositioning, and that they may or may not be able to reuse the septal cartilage At the other place, they said silicone removal + cartilage repositioning, reusing the septal cartilage, and they may or may not use ear cartilage
The silicone has tilted to one side, and the cartilage on the tilted side is showing through, so I'm going to have it removed. For the nasal tip, it will be a revision surgery, and I want to correct the pinched area and the nasal tip asymmetry But my original nose was only high at the nasal tip, so would it be okay to use more ear cartilage? I'm scared the nasal tip might stick out sharply by itself But when I went for consultations at other famous revision surgery hospitals, they all suggested reconstructing it with ear cartilage
If it were you, where would you do it?
