I had silicone and several layers of septal cartilage at the nasal tip removed early, and only the septal support strut is left. I’m planning to have that removed soon too.. At one month, the contraction phase had completely released, so it had mostly come down (it still showed a bit more than my original nose, but about the nostril exposure of a surgically done nose). After a little over two months, I didn’t even pay attention to my nostrils at all, but now that it’s been over 4 months, my nostrils are being pulled upward again.... In an old review on an anti-plastic-surgery cafe, someone who had their alar cartilage cut said that at first it was okay, but as time went on, it wasn’t that the nose tip lifted; the columella and the angle from the side stayed the same, but only the nostrils got pulled upward like a dragon nose... It’s exactly that. My old nostrils were ㅡㅡ When they were lifted, they looked like ^ ^, and when they came down a bit from being lifted, not exactly ㅡㅡ, but the nostrils didn’t show much to some degree. But now they’re like \ /, and rather than the nasal tip skin becoming shorter and lifting, it looks like there just isn’t any skin itself to come down..ㅜㅜ I haven’t even removed the support strut yet.. I was satisfied after the contraction phase ended, so why is this happening again... Among those of you who had your alar cartilage cut like me, has anyone had this kind of upward pulling after removal...
