I had septal rhinoplasty in early February this year, and five days ago I had everything removed at the hospital where I had the surgery. The inside of my nose is so, so swollen that it’s hard to breathe. Because it was done with an open approach, the incision area inside my nose is very swollen, and there’s no sign of it going down ㅜ Would it be okay to get something like a scar tissue injection or swelling injection inside my nose.. Please save me ㅜ

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
