I had removal, but my nose feels so, so tight

I had removal after 6 months. After rhinoplasty, from about 5 months in, my nose started feeling tight, a lotㅜㅜ I also felt like my nostrils became more visible, and I realized that after looking at photos. From then on, was it contracture? Was there inflammation? I just thought it must be a foreign-body sensation because my nose had been built up high, and that it would get better if I removed everything, so I had total removal, but the tight feeling is the sameㅜㅜ I’m on day 6 after removal, and when I wake up in the morning, it’s okay for about an hour, but from the day of removal, I’ve had the feeling that my nose is tight all day long. When I read reviews, people say that around two weeks or one month, their nose feels tight, turns up, or becomes hard, but for me, right after removal, no, even before removal, I had this feeling that my nose was tight. And all day long.. it gets worse at nightㅜㅜ Could this be a symptom of contracture? It’s not like my nose is extremely turned up, but will it gradually turn up? My nose is full of scar tissue, scar tissue has also formed inside my nose, and my nose has become fat like a bulbous noseㅜㅜ What should I do for this tight nose right nowㅜ I’m not doing warm compresses yet.. because the hospital told me not to do anything..
