There has been no change in the nasal tip; it's still long and high. They said they diced up the removed septal support and placed it over the rasped nasal bridge, but it's wide and flat, and when light shines on it, it looks like an 11 shape. Is there anyone who, like me, had complete removal but whose nostrils don't show at all and whose nasal tip has no change?
