I accidentally posted this in the nose removal forum, so I’m posting it again in reviews.

Even though my bridge dropped by 4 mm and disappeared, people at work and relatives I met after a long time, no one noticed. I sent selfies to close friends, but they didn’t catch on. (I think they would notice if we met in person.) Only the people who know I had removal surgery say just that the bridge got lower.
The removal was done at the hospital where I had the original surgery.

Silicone 4 mm, ear cartilage, AlloDerm
I left the nasal tip as it was and removed only the silicone, so from a surgically done nose, only the bridge became lower.
I originally had almost no nasal bridge, so when I look in the mirror it feels so awkward... The hospital said they would put in filler for free a month later, so I’m planning to get filler then, but is it okay to get it after one month..??
The capsule in the area where the silicone was removed has been absorbed a lot, so I can feel the bone fairly directly. So far my nose is still soft and there’s no feeling of contraction.
After nose surgery, there had been slight redness on the nasal dorsum, but it returned to my original skin color, and there had been a horizontal wrinkle at the glabella area where the silicone started, but that wrinkle also disappeared.
The bruising doesn’t show if I wear makeup, and I think there was no swelling from the start. It really wasn’t noticeable at all.
I haven’t met close people yet, so I don’t know whether they’ll know I removed the silicone or not... But since my nasal bridge suddenly disappeared, I feel like everyone might know...
After removing it, I feel relieved and refreshed and so, so good, but seeing the nasal bridge I’d forgotten about, ha....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I can only laugh. When I look at my side profile, where the eyes are, there’s absolutely no nasal bridge ㅜㅜ Looking at my side profile makes me a little upset....ㅜㅜㅋㅋ
