I just had Surgiform removed

I just had surgery to remove Surgiform and am on my way home. There’s almost none of the pressure or the feeling of blood rushing and swelling that I felt when the implant was put in, and I feel comfortable. There isn’t much pain either. In my case, even though it was a Gore-Tex type material (Surgiform), they said there was mild inflammation throughout the entire implant, so it hadn’t integrated with the tissue. It was a closed approach, and the surgery finished very quickly, in about 25 minutes. My nasal tip had cartilage and something like septal cartilage, so it was quite high, but since I naturally have some nasal bridge, they said they didn’t remove that. Most importantly, I had discussed revision surgery for about 3 months later and removed the Surgiform, so this was not a total removal. There weren’t many reviews from cases like mine, so I was worried. I know that feeling, so I’m writing this. They say that with Surgiform, very mild inflammation tends to persist for a long time, so there are cases where people don’t notice it. In my case too, my nose just felt slightly swollen overall, and I didn’t have heat or swelling that felt like it was about to burst. During surgery, pus kept coming out from the incision site, so that was why I had at least suspected inflammation. If there is even the slightest suspicious issue, I recommend removing it first. For now, I’m going to decide whether to have surgery again depending on how my nose without the implant harmonizes with the nasal tip that was operated on.
