Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

4 Months After Removal.. (Nasal Tip Only Removed)

I had a bulbous nose like Hyeri’s, especially like Southeast Asian women, a bulbous nose with no nasal bridge but a high nasal tip^^ So most people leave only the tip and remove the silicone, but in my case, I had no nasal bridge at all, so I actually only removed the nasal tip

4 years ago, full of expectations that I’d become prettier, I went through a broker, and even though the doctor wasn’t a specialist, I got nose surgery for a cheap price, nasal bridge + nasal tip for 1.6 million..

Nasal bridge silicone Columella extension (septal cartilage) Septal support strut + ear cartilage

That was my first surgery, and my nose became insanely high and pointy, so after persuading the doctor for 2 years, I had a removal surgery

First removal The nasal bridge was low, so it was replaced with lower silicone Septal support strut removed, columella extension partially removed

Like that. After removal, the tingling in my columella disappeared and the columella became slimmer, but I still had severe nasal tip pinching, a blunt but pointy tip, so

I started looking into other hospitals. Just because it was cheap.. after reading reviews here.. I rushed into it because they said everything could be removed so easily

Second removal Silicone was shaved down and reused All ear cartilage removed Lowering the tip through cartilage repositioning (repositioning)

Unlike the consultation, my nose swelled way too much and the pinching was so severe, especially the open-surgery scar was really bad, so I went through all kinds of emotional distress and went to Gicle** and paid 1.2 million won for scar tissue clinic treatment

Now 4 and a half months have passed^^;

For 2 months after removal, I wanted to die, and my boyfriend almost broke up with me (I was too embarrassed to say this) The open-surgery scar was so bad that I caked on concealer, but my nose ran a lot, so my makeup came off and I walked around with my head down lol

To describe only the nose, interestingly, the area above the nostrils where it had been opened (above the columella) was really swollen, but one day I touched it and it had gotten slimmer (I think that happened after 3 months) And the pointy nostrils still haven’t loosened.. They still feel like / \ ㅜㅜ (They say these nostrils need to loosen for the removal to have gone well and for all the tissue to have relaxed. Is that right?)

Also, the sausage-like swelling has improved, but it still looks pinched (especially when I smile)

Because the ear cartilage was removed, the nasal tip that looked pointy (especially from the side, it looked pointy in the shape of the ear cartilage pieces) that area has become rounder and improved, so I’m really happy

But although other areas have softened a lot, the nasal tip above the columella is still hard.. I still can’t fully make a pig nose..

And the high nose has slightly come down, but why have my pores gotten so big lol

About the scar tissue injections that people ask about most.. I think they had a slight effect for me Right after getting them, the pinched look seemed a bit less visible But it wasn’t dramatic. I don’t think they’re cost-effective for the price. Since I had 3 open surgeries and a lot of scar tissue, I think they at least helped to the extent that the shadow making it look slightly pinched appears a little less.

And tissue clumped between the open-surgery scars, and collagen formed thickly, so I got steroid injections three times, and they had an immediate effect I wanted to get them more often, but most dermatology clinics wouldn’t even do this (only doctors obsessed with money)

And time really is the cure It feels like just yesterday I couldn’t even work, looking in the mirror once a minute, staring at the redness of the open-surgery scar, suddenly tearing up and going to the restroom, but now, when I remember it, I look at it, curse once, shout “whatever, I don’t care,” and turn away lol

I hope everyone gives it time and doesn’t think too extremely

Looking back, I also resented everything from my first surgery and had such a hard time Butㅠ in the end, I think a failed plastic surgery is a fight with yourself Other people care less about my face than I thought haha

Then I hope everyone has a good holiday I’ll come write again next time
