Five years ago, I had non-open rhinoplasty with 3 mm silicone, ear cartilage, and cartilage tying.. My nose was really small, low, and short. They didn’t use septal extension or a support strut, so it was still short even after surgery I started thinking about removal 2 years ago, then forgot about it and lived on, but since last month the foreign-body sensation was bothering me so much that I kept agonizing over it, and finally had it removed! I even had the cartilage tying undone, and had the capsule completely removed too! I still have a splint on, so I don’t know the shape yet, but somehow it feels like I’ve solved an enormous big assignment... For now, I might end up struggling with other problems, but my original shape wasn’t that great anyway, so I’m somewhat resigned to it haha. But it’s throbbing Will it get a bit better by tomorrow..? Only my left anterior cheekbone area is especially more swollen When I wake up tomorrow, I’ll look like an electric fan, right... ha Even now my nose is super swollen I touched it... I don’t know whether it’s still anesthetized, or whether it feels soft because there’s no sensation, or what..;;
