Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Progress photos from 9/10 partial removal surgery until now (about one month) …

Hello Next week on the 10th, it will be one month since my removal surgery, and I’ve been coming into this community less and less, so I’m posting while I have time. I still come in from time to time and reply to comments or messages. I tried to add this to my previous post, but I can’t edit it ㅠ

Please refer to my previous post for details!

*Brief summary of surgery details 3 years ago: surgery with open approach + sedation anesthesia + hump removal + 1.5 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage 9/10: open approach + sedation anesthesia + slight hump rasping + silicone removal + ear cartilage removal + partial septal cartilage removal (left the columella portion)

As I also wrote in the comments on my previous post, I haven’t felt any major changes since day 10. The front view of the nose and the nasal tip? The part others call a cherry tomato also seems the same, and when I visited the clinic at one week, they said it looked like there was practically almost no swelling, so I think there probably won’t be any big changes going forward either~

I’m the type who is a bit less sensitive about shape and things like that, so these days I’m not worrying about the shape of my nose. However, I am concerned about caring for the scar from the open approach. There is still a red line on the columella area, and inside the nostril? The surgical line feels raised and protruding like scar tissue when I touch it, and I don’t think it’s at the point where I can move it strongly yet. I went to the pharmacy to buy Dermatix Ultra or Contractubex Gel?, but they recommended something called Hanaro Gel, so for now I apply that whenever I remember~ You can refer to the photos for the appearance of the columella, nostrils, and nasal bridge (with makeup on).

To everyone who has had removal or is planning it, I hope you all get good results, and have a happy October :)
