I just got the splint removed after revision rhinoplasty. How does it look? (Photos included)

I finally got the splint off!! For 3 days after surgery, the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested hurt a bit, but once the splint came off, I loved the shape so much that I was happy enough to forget all about the pain.
