As someone who has tried Hiko, gotten fillers, and also had surgery, I’m writing this review to honestly tell you what I’d stop people from doing and what I’d recommend. Rather than recommending a clinic, this is based on my real experience, so please read it as things to keep in mind~ Most people start from procedures and move on to surgery, starting one by one with lighter things, right? It was the same for me: filler -> Hiko -> surgery. When I first got filler, I thought, oh, my nose got higher? But then I didn’t like that height either and wanted to change the shape a bit too, so I got the Hiko procedure.. At first I liked it so much, but I didn’t like the semi-permanent aspect. And then I wanted to change the volume of my nose and the overall shape again, so I eventually ended up going all the way to surgery.... But because Hiko and filler residue remains in the nose like this, it can cost a little more when having surgery, and once I actually had the surgery, the effect was so good it couldn’t be compared with Hiko or filler. The pain and recovery also weren’t as hard as I expected. Unless your nose shape is already so pretty and you’re only missing 2%, I think surgery is probably fine for most people. And to mix in a bit of a recommendation... I had to have the Hiko thread removed too, and since I absolutely didn’t want revision surgery, I researched clinics extremely carefully. I’m really satisfied with my nose line.. I think I chose well. I’ll write the clinic information in the review, so please refer to it. If there is anyone here who thinks their nose will completely change with filler or Hiko, that absolutely won’t happen, so just get surgeryㅠ Surgery wasn’t that intense either.
