My septal cartilage looked too pointy from the front, so I asked them at ㅊㄷㅋㅈ to trim it, and they did. The nasal tip is naturally rounded too.. I had the silicone removed, so I feel so relieved haha The doctor at ㅊㄷㅋㅈ doesn't talk much and is kind of chic haha I almost felt a little offended... but I think he only says what needs to be said. He said to me, "Why not just remove it?"... but I didn't have the courage to meet my bulbous nose from 13 years ago again... and I was afraid it might become even more bulbous than back then... Anyway, now I pretty much like my nose. It does feel slightly upturned, but in its own way it became a cute look. I think natural is the best!!
In the photos, the left is after removing only the silicone, and the right is after trimming the septal cartilage at the nasal tip. I like that the front view has become rounder and softer
