I had it removed at the end of July, and it's almost been two months now. My columella even had a support strut placed, so my nose was very hard and the foreign-body sensation was strong. I had everything removed. Now it has become much softer. I originally had a hump and a droopy nose, but if anything, the hump is gone, the nasal tip hasn't drooped, and it looks natural. Originally my nostrils were not visible at all from the front, but after surgery they showed a little, and even after removal they still show just a little, like a normal nose. I don't think I have contracture or anything like that, and I think the contraction phase is over now. There isn't any tight pulling feeling. After taking it out, I feel relieved that there is nothing in my nose, and I like that my nose has become soft. However, after the nose surgery my nasal septum became quite deviated, so I can't breathe well through one side of my nose. I have surgery scheduled at Boramae in December for the deviated septum ㅜㅜ Has anyone had their nasal septum become deviated after rhinoplasty?
