As expected, I went there after seeing it on YouTube, and just like in the videos, the design consultation was very thorough. They pointed out the problems with the first surgery well, and I found out that this wasn’t the tip drooping over time, but that the shape had originally been set strangely.. I think I need to look around a bit more before deciding.
