Bulbous nose, nasal bridge: Gore-Tex, nasal tip: donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage

Nasal bridge is Gore-Tex, nasal tip is donated rib cartilage and septal cartilage. Originally, I really had no nasal bridge.. It was low.. Even before surgery, they said donated rib cartilage shrinks by 30%, so the height had to take that into account, and I think they intentionally raised it a lot at first. It did shrink a lot, just as they said, though. Right now, I think I have an inflammatory reaction? a capsule on my nasal bridge. The bridge is bulging out, and inside my nose (the incision area), there is red tissue damage like a blister? It either bleeds or is swollen tight like a blister. This blister appeared inside my nose from 4 months after surgery. Even with ointment and antibiotics, it absolutely does not go away. The doctor says if I remove the implant (only the Gore-Tex), it will go away together... but I'm doubtful.. since I haven't removed it yet... The nasal bridge is raised and bulging, maybe because a capsule formed there. They inserted a syringe to see if there was inflammation inside the nasal bridge, and fortunately, they said no pus was seen and that it was clear blood.. Like 6
