I went there first, had a CT scan, then consulted with the manager, then with the director, then again with the manager. They said my nose would probably look better if the tip were made thinner and higher, but not too flashy. It was my first time consulting about my nose, so I went in knowing almost nothing, but they said my septal cartilage was on the small side, though my nose tip wasn’t originally low either, and my alar cartilage was on the large side, so using both together would be enough. They also mentioned semi-bulbous nose correction? Since it wasn’t especially wide, they said if some fat were removed, the tip line would come out slim and nice. For the bridge, they said they would use silicone and prepare silicone that matched by taking a mold of my bridge at the surgery site. Both the doctor and the manager were so-so, neither especially kind nor unfriendly? Alar cartilage, septal cartilage, silicone: used Ear cartilage, autologous rib cartilage, donor rib cartilage: x CT scan: o Cost: 3.06 million won total

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
