I had big front teeth and generally large teeth overall, so my teeth were protruding and crowding forward. I often found myself unconsciously keeping my mouth open. Especially since I had a lot of stress because I lacked confidence in my face and my overall impression didn’t look sharp, I ended up getting orthodontic treatment! I had braces for 3 years and have been in retention for 4 years, and the result is completely satisfying. First, after the doctor examined my face thoroughly from multiple angles, they proceeded with the orthodontic treatment, so my mouth tucked in beautifully!! lol Of course, it was hard because they had to extract teeth to make room for the teeth to move in, but that was only temporary, and I’m truly satisfied with my current state~!!
