Review of getting orthodontic treatment for the second time

I’m someone who had orthodontic treatment for 3 years, rested for 2 years, and now I’m in my 2nd year of treatment again. First, in my case, my upper front teeth were supposed to be in front of my lower teeth, but they were aligned in a straight line, so I had malocclusion where my teeth didn’t close properly!!! Although at first I didn’t even know that and went just to get my front teeth corrected!! But now that I’m doing it for the second time... hmm, I really feel that choosing the dental clinic is important!!!!! In my case, I’m continuing at the same clinic where I first had treatment, and honestly, I’m not satisfied.. It costs a lot of money, and honestly my face also seems to keep changing during the process... For now, I’m going to trust this clinic until my second round of orthodontic treatment is finished!!! What I want to say is that if, like me, your teeth shift back because you don’t wear your retainer or don’t follow the clinic’s instructions, the second time is really much harder ㅠㅠ It puts a lot of strain on the gums, so my gums have weakened ㅠㅠㅠㅠ and there are places where my gums have receded!! Everyone, once damaged, gums never regenerate ㅠㅠㅠㅠ You should think of it as basically just managing them so they don’t get damaged further!!! I’m posting this second-round review because I want those getting orthodontic treatment for the first time to take good care of their teeth and get them corrected beautifully!! After my second round is finished, I’ll post another review!!!
