I only cropped the nose.. This is the day the splint was removed... at the clinic... The area under the nose is open incision, but it doesn’t show much.,. The side view is still okay-ish.. From the front, it’s a bulbous nose.. Right now, from here, it’s subtly going down little by little.. I hope the nasal tip lifts just a littleㅠ

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
