I had nose revision surgery at ㅌㅍㅇㅅ on April 20, and now it’s been 3 months and it’s getting close to 4 months!
I had my nose done in Cheongju 3-4 years ago, but back then, even after surgery, the nasal tip was somehow blunt and it wasn’t very high, so I wasn’t satisfied. With this revision, the part I wasn’t satisfied with at the nasal tip was improved, and because the previous surgery was done with a closed approach, scar tissue and things like that formed only inside one side of my nose, so I had a pinched feeling. They corrected that too.
For the nasal bridge, silicone 5 mm For the nasal tip, both septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used.
Originally, they were only going to use septal cartilage, but they said my septal cartilage was very small and curved, I think? So they said they added ear cartilage too.
Anyway, they did raise it a lot... haha
During my first surgery, they only used ear cartilage, so I didn’t know, but this time, since septal cartilage was used, because of swelling inside the nose, it was a bit hard to breathe in the beginningㅠㅠ Other than that and the incision mark remaining on the columella because it was done with an open approach, there wasn’t anything very uncomfortable,,
But once you do one thing, you start wanting to do something else too, so lately I’m also tempted by fat grafting and lifting ㅠ
