Asymmetry and nasal obstruction due to severe osteotomy... Getting a refund seems best...

Hello. I recently had revision rhinoplasty, and because of a severe osteotomy, it is hard to breathe and the shape has also turned out extremely bad,

so I am planning to go to the hospital. I have even been to a university hospital, but they will not issue a medical opinion letter. I guess they are all on each other’s side.

The nasal obstruction symptoms are getting worse, but I do not know what to say when I go to the hospital. I do not think they will easily give me a refund or the cost of revision surgery either.

The doctor says it went well, but I do not know what part went well when my nose is blocked, the osteotomy is asymmetric, and the nasal bridge looks like it has been hollowed out.

Most doctors say widening the nasal bones cannot be done or is difficult, and I never want to have nose surgery again. I am debating whether I should use dermis instead of silicone,

or whether I should use costal cartilage, but I heard there are many side effects, so I do not know what would be good. If anyone knows, please teach me.

A few doctors said costal cartilage has to be used for reconstruction, but they quoted almost 7 to 9 million won.

After reading community posts for several days, many opinions say compensation is basically impossible, and it seems a few people received some percentage of the surgery fee,

while a few others said they received a refund of the surgery fee. In my case, the revision surgery cost is more than twice the original surgery fee, so I do not know what to do.

If there are people who received compensation, please teach me in detail what I should do and what range of compensation I should be satisfied with.

I sincerely and earnestly ask for your help. I would be grateful if you could teach me by message or comment.
