Hello~ In January 2014, I had hump osteotomy, 3 mm silicone implant, and septal cartilage surgery at Samsung Dream ENT Clinic in Gangnam.
While looking into hospitals, I went to 3 places and then decided right away.. I did not really do that much in-person research, so I regret that a bit, but because my dorsal hump was very severe, for the first year I was really highly satisfied. The hump was gone, and people around me said my impression looked much more refined.
But... I originally had a deviated nose, and I do not know if the doctor did not recognize it, but my nose looked crooked, and in reality the silicone was shifting crookedly to the leftㅠ After I noticed the problem, I visited the hospital, and they said that because my original asymmetry was so severe, it was a natural phenomenon, and if it bothered me too much, I should remove the silicone.
But because I did not want to see what my nose would look like after removing the silicone, and I did not want to lie on the operating table again, I put it off.
Now I really want to remove the silicone, but I am scared and worried because there is no guarantee that revision surgery will go well.
If anyone wants to have hump nose surgery, I hope you visit several places, do your in-person research, and definitely have a successful surgery.
Let’s share our stories together~!
