I had surgery with septal cartilage and silicone. It’s uncomfortable and scary, so I want to have it removed, but the clinic where I had surgery says they won’t do it. I’m scared and can’t live like this. My nose keeps feeling hot inside too, and I’m really distressed and scared. I didn’t like the shape from the first surgery, and now it’s uncomfortable too. I want everything removed. Please tell me about directors with a lot of experience in rhinoplasty.

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
