About 6 years ago, I had surgery with Gore-Tex and I thought complications were something that happened to other people, but inflammation came to me too... The first time I had inflammation, it went down after taking medicine, but a few months later it recurred. I was afraid my nose would get ruined if this kept going, so I had it removed and had my nasal bridge done with autologous dermis from my butt and my nasal tip done with ear cartilage. The problem is that they said the dermis would be absorbed, so they would intentionally overcorrect at first. But my nasal bridge wasn’t that low to begin with, and I had surgery because I didn’t like how my nasal tip was a bit wide, so I didn’t want it raised too much. It’s been a month now, and it looks like nothing has been absorbed. I feel like it’s too high. What do you think? T_T Are there people like me whose graft just doesn’t get absorbed at all? Also, am I only allowed to upload one photo?
