A year ago I had nose surgery for a deviated nose + septal cartilage and ear cartilage type surgery The deviated nose didn’t improve, and fluid collected at the glabella, so I only had the silicone removed.. Then 6 months later I had revision surgery again But my nose is upturned, so my nostrils are all visible Anyway, because of that, I’m planning to have everything removed
