Nose Re-Surgery

Do I need to remove it? I’m wondering if these are inflammation symptoms

I only had 2–3 mm silicone placed in the nasal bridge, and it has been over ten years. I had been living with it very well, almost like my own nose. In April, my facial liposuction and fat grafting went badly, and I have been having such a hard time until now. I think about ㅈㅅ every day I don’t know if it became inflamed because of stress, but my nasal bridge throbs and feels warm. I did have what felt like a tendon on the nasal dorsum, and sometimes I felt a pulsing sensation there, but now it feels like it is happening too continuously. The skin color on the nasal dorsum has also become a bit bluish, and there are areas that look white too I went to the place where I had it done and asked, and they said it probably was not inflammation, but I was anxious, so I got antibiotics prescribed and took them for about a month. The warm feeling has gone away, and now it occasionally throbs and feels like that tendon is pulsing. I am so anxious that I wonder if I should remove it, but thinking that my already ruined face will become ugly up to my nose too is so hard. Is removal the answer? Do symptoms like this ever go away?
