I just had only the nasal tip removed

I had it removed last week and got the stitches taken out today. I originally thought there was only septal cartilage in my nasal tip, and I wondered how inflammation could develop only around septal cartilage, not even silicone, to the point that it had to be removed. I had so many worries, but when they said artificial bone had also been used, it all made sense. When I said I had never been told that, they said they explain before surgery that it may be used if there is not enough material. It was a large hospital, and it was probably included in one of those explanations that just passed by quickly. Since it was my first surgery and I trusted only the director without thinking much, just asking to make it pretty, I feel like it was my fault. Originally I was going to complain about something, but I just left. I think it would be better to look into another hospital and have revision surgery. They did not explain things well, so I do not know, but my columella had been hard like stone. The Medpor had been shifted to one side from the very beginning of the surgery, and after about two years it came through the skin. Inflammation developed on that side, so I had it removed. The surgery was over in 15 minutes. I have seen many posts saying it is hard to remove, but they must have removed it cleanly even though it only took 15 minutes, right? My nasal tip and columella are still hard, and after getting the stitches removed today, it hurts more than on the first day after removal. It hurts even if I touch my nose just slightly
